Since I was young, “morbidly obese” was a phrase doctors would use at every visit. At my highest weight, I was 371lbs, and I had no idea how to change. If anyone can relate to feeling helpless regarding their health, it’s me. It has taken me years of trying and failing to learn sustainable habits to create a long-term healthy lifestyle. Years of dedication to my health have compelled me to help others. I want to help people like me discover the tools and skills they need to do the same.

When I started my journey, I didn't see anyone like me in the fitness world. When I started, I knew I wanted to be the representation I wished I had to look up to. I had used personal trainers in the past and would lose weight, but with my husband being military every time we moved and losing that in-person accountability, I would regain the weight. Online coaching would've allowed me to stay on track wherever I went. Now, I want to help others through education, transparency, and accessibility.
