My Story

I've been there before.

Hey! I’m Sarah, and if you’ve ever felt stuck in the never-ending cycle of dieting, I get it. I spent my entire life bouncing from one diet to the next, chasing quick fixes that never actually fixed anything. At my highest weight—371 lbs—I felt completely lost, like no matter what I tried, nothing would ever really work.

 

But here’s the thing—I didn’t give up. After years of trial and error, I finally cracked the code to a sustainable healthy lifestyle. No fads, no extreme restrictions—just real, lasting habits that actually fit into your life. And once I made that breakthrough, everything changed. Not only did I transform my own health, but I’ve now helped hundreds of others break free from the same struggles I faced for years.

That’s why I created Sarah in All Sizes Coaching—because I know firsthand that this journey is so much more than a number on the scale. And the best part? I’m not doing this alone! I’ve built an incredible team of coaches who share my passion for helping others create real change. Together, we’re here to guide, support, and cheer you on every step of the way.

The cost of the program depends on the type of plan you choose and the duration of your commitment. We offer discounts for bundled plans (nutrition and exercise combined) and for longer commitments (e.g., an 8-month plan is more cost-effective than a 4-month plan). On average, the cost is less than what you’d spend on a daily fast-food meal.

I work with a team of highly trusted coaches! I personally review every onboarding form and match you with the coach who will best help you achieve your goals. I also host group meet-ups throughout the month, pop into the chat to check in with everyone, and send messages—so if you hear from me, be sure to respond!

This program is designed for long-term, sustainable results. Clients that commit for longer periods of time 6-12 months see the greatest results! Your progress depends on your communication, consistency, honesty, and participation. The more engaged you are, the better we can adjust your plan to help you succeed!

We hate to see you go, but we understand that life happens. To cancel, we require 50% of the remaining balance from your original commitment period. If you are beyond your initial commitment period, you may cancel with a 30-day notice.
